My mom had some computer trouble so we set an appointment the very next day and took it in. Tyler was incredibly helpful, was able to explain the technical stuff in a way my mom could understand, while also being extremely knowledgeable, himself. The cost was better than fair. This is definitely our go-to computer service place in the area!

I contacted Tyler about my laptop screen that needed replacement. He was able to get the screen quick even with ordering it on the weekend. He was very professional and notified me once he had my new screen so I could drop off my laptop. He had it done very quickly and held on to it while I was out of town. I am definitely going to use him again for my other laptop that needs a screen replacement.
