Software & upgrades
$130 labor
Software fixes and simple upgrades: more memory (RAM) or a faster drive (SSD). Parts are extra.

Hardware repairs
$165 labor + parts
Replacing broken parts, such as screens and keyboards.

Mac repairs
$200 labor + parts
I check first that your Mac model can be fixed.
The $75 diagnostic deposit covers checking your computer and counts toward an approved repair.
If you decline the repair, or work stops because I find pests or hazardous contamination, the deposit is not refunded. Deposit terms
Other options
- Pickup & delivery: $30 add-on for software repairs and simple upgrades
- On-site visits: $160 up to 2 hours, then $60/hour, for homes and businesses
- Business projects: $75/hour planned work, quoted first
